At PNO Innovation, we recognize that today’s world needs innovation not for its own sake, but as a force for addressing the most urgent societal and environmental challenges. Our work, which we have been doing with conviction and passion for over 40 years now, shows us firsthand that connecting innovation and meaningful impact is the only route to a sustainable future for people and the planet. PNO Innovation has always focused on connecting innovation and impact. Our ESG strategy gives structure, clarity, and measurable ambition to this mission. It translates our values into concrete goals in the areas of employee wellbeing, carbon management, responsible governance, and impact through services. We take our responsibility seriously. In our pursuit of sustainability, we are guided by the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) as established by the United Nations.

To help us work effectively towards a better world, we make full use of well-thought-out analysis frameworks such as the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and renowned platforms such as the sustainability intelligence platform of Ecovadis. In addition to our goal of minimizing our own footprint, our consultants work for our clients to strengthen green innovations and promote social inclusion, seamlessly responding to the many major issues that demand attention in society. We consider ourselves fortunate to be able to link our daily work directly to what truly matters: a safe, healthy and sustainable environment for people and planet.
