Eligibility

Your project must total costs of no more than £300,000 inclusive of VAT. Projects must last 12 months, starting by 1 September 2026 and ending by 31st August 2027.  Projects must be single applicant and can be an organisation of any size. Applications must have at least 50% of the contract value attributed directly and exclusively to R&D services, including solution exploration, design, prototyping and field-testing the product or service. R&D does not include commercial development activities, supply to establish commercial viability or to recover R&D costs or integration, customization or incremental adaptations and improvements to existing products or services.
