We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Specialist to drive marketing activities across the UK and Portugal. You'll work closely with our Global Marketing team, local Managing Directors and Business Development teams to generate qualified leads, strengthen our market presence and support commercial growth.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning ideas into action, combining creativity with analytical thinking, and making a measurable contribution to business performance.

What are you going to do?

As Marketing Specialist, you'll be responsible for planning, executing and optimising marketing initiatives that support the commercial objectives of the UK and Portugal teams.

Execute the marketing strategy for the UK and Portugal, aligning local initiatives with PNO Innovation's global marketing roadmap.
Plan, launch and optimise integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels, including email marketing, paid advertising, SEO and lead nurturing through HubSpot.
Create engaging content such as articles, customer stories, landing pages, newsletters, email campaigns and social media posts that strengthen PNO Innovation's brand and generate qualified leads.
Manage PNO Innovation's digital presence, including LinkedIn, website content, webinars, events and strategic partnerships with relevant ecosystem organisations.

Monitor campaign performance, analyse marketing KPIs and continuously improve campaign effectiveness through data-driven decisions.
Support Business Development teams with marketing initiatives that generate pipeline opportunities, strengthen client relationships and identify cross-selling opportunities.
Contribute to the communication and dissemination activities of Horizon Europe and other European-funded projects by creating content, promoting events and engaging relevant stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with consultants, Managing Directors, project teams and the Global Marketing team to deliver impactful marketing activities across both markets.

What do we offer you?

A gross annual salary between €35,000 and €40,000, depending on your experience.

About you

3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within consulting, professional services, innovation or technology.
Proven track record of delivering integrated digital marketing campaigns with measurable commercial impact, including demand generation and lead generation.
Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM and marketing automation platform, as well as a good understanding of SEO, paid advertising and digital marketing channels.
Strong content creation and copywriting skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into engaging marketing communications.

Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
A proactive, hands-on mindset with a passion for testing new ideas and continuously improving marketing performance.
Fluency in English and Portuguese. Spanish and experience with communication and dissemination activities for European-funded projects are considered an advantage.
A collaborative approach, with the ability to build strong relationships across international teams.
