Successful delivery of first webinar: ‘How to write a successful grant application’

A number of delegates participated in the webinar. To start, PNO Director, Lyndsey Starr welcomed delegates to the session and provided an overview of PNO.

Dr Claire Flanagan (Senior Innovation Consultant) then gave an introduction to the UK Grant Landscape which covered UK national funding from BEIS, SBRI, and Innovate UK including the increasingly important research priority Net Zero; and across various sectors such as, health and life sciences; transport; and agritech, as well as national and international open funding opportunities.

To finish, Olaf Swanzy (Managing Consultant), covered how to write a successful bid addressing questions in a typical application, providing invaluable hints and tips for each plus identifying some common problems to avoid.

One-2-one sessions
