In 2019, Nehem (part of PNO Innovation) initiated and developed the European Horizon2020 project EQUAL4EUROPE (2020-2023). The goal of the project was to create, implement and monitor Gender Equality Plans (GEPs) for six leading research performing institutes in Europe, including INSEAD, Erasmus University of Rotterdam, ESADE, IEDC – Bled School of Management, ESMT and Comenius University Bratislava.
Nehem was involved as the independent monitoring partner. We developed a DEI assessment tool track progress, evaluate impace, and identify further actions. This tool supported continuous improvement and offered evidence-based insight throughout the project.
