As a Scientific Editor in our Health team, you’ll support cutting-edge clients in the medical and life sciences sectors by translating complex R&D activities into clear and convincing technical documentation for tax incentives such as France’s Crédit d’Impôt Recherche (CIR) and Innovation (CII).

What are you going to do?

You will be the scientific writing expert responsible for crafting detailed technical justifications that underpin successful R&D tax credit applications. Your work will help ensure that clients’ innovation efforts are both recognized and rewarded.
  • Analyze and synthesize clients’ technical documentation for CIR/CII purposes.
  • Conduct interviews with researchers and project leaders.
  • Write structured, high-quality scientific justifications aligned with official templates.
  • Ensure accuracy, clarity, and eligibility in all written material.
  • Collaborate with consultants to complete mission reports.
  • Support internal knowledge sharing and content creation (e.g., blog articles).
  • Conduct scientific watch in relevant health innovation domains.
  • Engage directly with clients through the writing and validation process.

About you

  • PhD or Master’s in a health-related field (life sciences, biotech, medtech, etc.).
  • Experience in scientific writing; familiarity with CIR/CII is a plus.
  • Excellent synthesis, structure, and writing speed.
  • Meticulous spelling, grammar, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to engage clients with professionalism and clarity.
  • Curious, autonomous, and rigorous with strong analytical skills.
  • Team-oriented with good interpersonal communication.
  • Fluent in French and proficient in English.
