PNO Group is looking for a Risk & Compliance Officer who brings structure, clarity, and coordination to our internal compliance and certification initiatives. You combine strong project management skills with a solid understanding of ISO 9001/27001 and thrive in a role where stakeholder collaboration is key.

This hybrid role is based at our Netherlands HQ (2–3 days on-site) and offers the opportunity to help shape our group-wide compliance framework in preparation for future external audits.

What are you going to do?

You will be the driving force behind our compliance maturity: aligning internal processes, guiding certification projects, and ensuring all departments move forward together. Your ability to connect, coordinate, and communicate makes the difference.

Lead and coordinate ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 initiatives across the group
Manage compliance projects with clear timelines, stakeholder roles, and milestones
Prepare and follow up on internal audits and risk assessments
Collaborate with Legal to ensure GDPR alignment and documentation

Facilitate awareness training, internal sessions, and process adoption
Support the group’s preparation for the March 2026 audit milestone
Update and help embed internal policies and quality procedures

About you

Based in the Netherlands and fluent in Dutch and English
3–5+ years of experience in project management and compliance coordination
Proven understanding of ISO 9001/27001 frameworks and audit practices

Skilled in engaging diverse teams and aligning cross-departmental priorities
Strong communicator, structured thinker, and process-driven mindset
Enthusiastic about building internal awareness and fostering collaboration
