What are you going to do?

As an Innovation Consultant at Ciaotech, you will turn innovative ideas into successful EU-funded projects. Your expertise in grant proposal writing and strategic project management will guide clients through the intricate funding landscapes of HORIZON initiatives, the Innovation Fund, and CEF. By delivering high-quality consulting and fostering impactful collaborations, you’ll help shape the future of sustainable industrial innovation.

Develop and manage compelling grant proposals for projects funded through HORIZON initiatives, the Innovation Fund, and CEF.
Provide strategic consulting with a focus on sustainability, energy efficiency, and environmental impact for industrial clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement projects that address current energy and environmental challenges.
Oversee project execution from initial planning to final delivery, ensuring all key milestones are met.

Monitor industry trends in energy, environmental technology, and sustainable innovation.
Advise clients on best practices for navigating EU funding landscapes, including HORIZON, Innovation Fund, and CEF programmes.
Lead workshops and training sessions on effective proposal writing and project management techniques.
Prepare detailed reports to showcase project impact and outcomes.

About you

3-5 years of experience in innovation consulting, grant proposal writing, or R&D roles, ideally within the industrial sector.
Proven expertise with EU funding programmes, particularly HORIZON initiatives, the Innovation Fund, and CEF.
Strong background in energy, environmental projects, or sustainable industrial engineering.
Exceptional analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Italian.
A relevant technical or scientific degree (e.g., engineering, environmental science).
Demonstrated ability to lead projects and collaborate effectively in dynamic settings.
A genuine passion for sustainability and advancing industrial innovation.
