At PNO Group, we are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Officer for our Paris office!

What are you going to do?

This role is ideal for an HR professional looking to grow their career while making a meaningful impact on our team. With established offices in Paris, Lyon, and Toulouse, this role will primarily be based in Paris, with occasional travel to other locations as required.The PNO Group France currently employs 70 people. In this position, you will report to both the International HR Manager and the Country Manager.

Assist the Country Manager and team leaders in addressing HR-related matters.
Provide support and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and practices.
Help implement HR strategies aligned with the Group’s objectives.
Act as a point of contact for employee relations and assist managers in handling related issues.

Support the performance appraisal process, including monitoring progress on objectives
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations
Coordinate payroll activities with external accountants to ensure accurate and timely processing.
Stay informed about updates to employment law and HR practices, ensuring policies remain compliant.

About you

A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in an HR role (e.g., HR Generalist or HR Officer).
Solid understanding of French employment law and HR best practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with empathy and organizational sensitivity.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in both French and English
