PNO Innovation Greece is looking for a Financial Project Management Expert to support the financial and administrative implementation of EU and nationally co-funded projects for a key public sector client. The role is central to ensuring compliance, audit readiness, and reporting across funding frameworks such as the EU, NSRF/ESPA, and the Public Investment Programme (PIP).

What are you going to do?

Ensure the smooth, compliant, and timely financial execution of co-funded projects, supporting high-quality delivery and strong coordination with public sector stakeholders.

  • Ensure compliance with EU and national financial regulations for co-funded projects

  • Monitor cost eligibility and manage project budgeting processes

  • Prepare and submit Financial Reports, Cost Claims, and Expenditure Declarations

  • Oversee personnel timesheet accuracy and documentation

  • Coordinate internal and external audit preparation

  • Archive and maintain project-related financial documentation

  • Upload and manage data in the EU Funding & Tenders Portal and OPΣ

  • Liaise with Managing Authorities and other relevant public bodies

About you

  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related discipline

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with EU/NSRF/PIP-funded project management

  • Proven understanding of national public funding procedures

  • Familiarity with the Management and Control System in Greece

  • Strong command of the EU Funding & Tenders Portal and OPΣ

  • Detail-oriented with a strong track record in documentation

  • Excellent coordination and communication skills

  • Fluency in Greek and working proficiency in English
