Experienced IT Consultant – Public Funding for Innovation

We are seeking an Experienced IT Consultant with a PhD and proven experience in innovation funding consulting, to take a leading role in the delivery of CIR/CII projects and the strategic support of innovative clients.

You will combine scientific excellence, consulting experience, and client leadership, with a strong emphasis on high-quality scientific writing and audit robustness.

What are you going to do?

Lead and secure high-value CIR/CII engagements, ensuring scientific rigor, compliance, and strategic value for clients, while contributing to team leadership and business development.

Lead the scientific analysis and writing of complex CIR/CII files.
Define and validate eligibility strategies for digital R&D projects.
Review, challenge, and validate scientific narratives produced by junior and medior consultants.
Act as a key interlocutor for clients’ technical and executive teams.

Support and manage CIR/CII audits and technical discussions with authorities.
Contribute to strategic client advisory on R&D and innovation roadmaps.
Mentor consultants and ensure quality standards across the team.
Contribute to internal expertise development and thought leadership.

About you

PhD in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, Data, AI, or related fields.
Proven experience in CIR/CII or innovation funding consulting (mandatory).
Outstanding scientific and technical writing skills in French.
Fluent professional English.

Strong client-facing and project leadership capabilities.
Ability to secure and defend complex scientific positions.
Comfortable operating with high autonomy and responsibility.
