Join our Health team to support clients such as clinics, medtech startups, CROs and pharmaceutical companies in securing public innovation funding. As a consultant, you will guide them throughout the CIR/CII process—from audit to claim submission.

What are you going to do?

Act as a trusted advisor to health-sector innovators, identifying eligible R&D work and helping transform it into successfully funded claims. You'll work hands-on with technical, scientific, and financial documentation.

Audit and analyze clients’ R&D activities for CIR/CII eligibility.
Define scopes and strategies for eligible work.
Collect and assess technical and financial documentation.
Calculate eligible costs and prepare declarations.

Draft technical justifications (with support from writers if needed).
Interact with clients throughout the full mission lifecycle.
Participate in drafting mission summary reports for large clients.
Support project proposals for other public funding programs.

About you

PhD or Master’s in a health-related scientific domain.
CIR/CII or grant funding exposure is a plus.
Analytical mindset and scientific rigor.
Reliable, responsive, and capable of multitasking.

Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Curious and humble, with a strong service orientation.
High-quality scientific writing and synthesis skills.
Fluent in French and proficient in English.
