AI4CCAM >

The Horizon Europe project AI4CCAM aims to promote the acceptance of AI in automated driving and to identify biases and cyber threats. Within this project, an open environment is being developed for the integration of reliable AI models for anticipating vulnerable behavior of road users in urban traffic, thereby improving traffic safety and user acceptance.

HYDRA >

The HYDRA project was set up to give Li-ion batteries a new boost by combining advanced materials, green production, and industry support. The objectives were bold: by achieving 750 Wh/l and 80% capacity after 2000 cycles, the use of critical raw materials will be reduced by 85% and Europe’s path to global leadership in batteries will be accelerated. As a partner, PNO Innovation contributed to scaling up HYDRA for impact and bringing it to the market just three years after the project started.

MEASURED >

The MEASURED project, in which PNO Innovation is a partner, aims to develop advanced membrane materials for use in separating mixtures. The project’s goal is to achieve significant improvements in energy efficiency, cost reduction, and sustainability. By integrating new materials and scaling up production, MEASURED will improve the production of so-called acrylic esters, the treatment of wastewater, and gas separation from carbon capture streams. Extensive life cycle analyses and multiscale modeling will ensure market readiness and societal acceptance.
