RRP Programs

The Recovery and Resilience Plan (RRP) covers several programs that support innovation, sustainability and the digital transition, with the aim of boosting the country’s growth.

The RRP covers reforms and investments in several areas to promote economic recovery and long-term sustainability after the pandemic crisis. It focuses on digital and green transformation, with investments in infrastructure, innovation, and social cohesion.

Programs to decarbonize the economy, supporting the implementation of clean technologies, renewable energies and energy efficiency. It accelerates the transition to a more sustainable economic model, aligned with the European Union’s climate commitments.

Support for the digitalisation of key sectors of the economy, including small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). It encourages technological modernization, the adoption of digital solutions, and the development of new data-driven business models.

Funding for research and innovation in strategic areas, such as biotechnology, artificial intelligence and industry 4.0. Support for the creation of new innovation centres and the development of technologies that promote sustainability and competitiveness.

Eligibility Criteria

The RRP is available to public entities, companies, municipalities and non-governmental organizations that are aligned with the objectives of the plan and that meet the requirements of each program.
